Maggie Lawlor
Maggie is a pre and postnatal fitness specialist who has focused on this area of pelvic health since 2017, following her own pregnancy and postpartum journey back to exercise.
She has helped hundreds of women return to physical activity and realise their strength while managing pelvic floor symptoms including prolapse and urinary incontinence. As a gym owner, mother of two, and former nurse, Maggie uniquely understands the importance of physical activity to long-term health and is passionate about removing barriers to fitness for women with pelvic floor concerns. Her practical approach bridges the gap between clinical management and real-world activity.
Leah Bryans
Leah is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with over 20years of experience with a specialized focus on pelvic floor health and prolapse management. As a seasoned educator and practitioner, Leah has dedicated a significant portion of her career to addressing the challenges and opportunities associated with pelvic organ prolapse, emphasizing how individuals can maintain and even enhance their physical performance through targeted strategies and interventions.
