Bite Sized Pilates
If you have a busy life and are short on time 'for You'... its all the more important that you have some regular exercise! So I have created some bite sized pilates sessions, we'll call them movement snacks! We will have sessions to release tension, mobilise the body, activate the pelvic floor strengthen the hips, the core, the shoulder girdle and more!
each one will be 10-20 minutes long and you can of course add the snacks together to create a feast!
