- wk 1 part 2 - pilates flow intermediate- advanced workout (42:09)
- wk 2 - total body - band and spikey ball. strengthen and release the hips and back (46:28)
- wk 3 - neck, jaw, rotations and hip stretch and strengthen (44:09)
- wk 4 - neck, back and hip release, grounding and floating and strengthening abs! (46:09)
